Job summary

Pareto FM seeks a Payroll & Pensions Administrator to join our small, friendly Payroll and HR team. The role has a strong pensions focus alongside core payroll admin and light HR tasks. It is predominantly remote with one day per week in our Holborn office.

You’ll own specific payroll and pension tasks, work independently while collaborating with the team via check-ins and digital channels. You’ll use clear processes to support remote work and ensure data accuracy and compliance with

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll and/or HR administration with pensions exposure.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable with numbers.
• Emphasis on accuracy, compliance and timely data handling.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll inbox and respond to payroll, pension, and HR queries.
• Assist with payroll processing and data maintenance.
• Maintain accurate payroll and pension records.
• Support timesheets, pay queries and payroll adjustments.
• Assist workplace pension administration (auto-enrolment, opt-ins/outs, re-enrolment).
• Process pension contributions and ensure submissions to providers.
• Generate payroll and pension reports; provide ad hoc admin support.
