Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated Payroll Clerk to join our busy Payroll Team at the New Mill Office in Saltaire, Bradford. The role focuses on delivering a high quality, customer‑focussed payroll service.

You will act as the first point of contact for payroll and pensions queries by phone and email, process payroll related documents in line with NHS terms, and work with colleagues to keep up to date with procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in Payroll or HR customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve routine payroll queries from managers, employees, clients and third parties.
• Act as first point of contact for Payroll and Pensions Service Desk.
• Process payroll and pensions related documents in accordance with NHS terms and conditions of service.
