Job summary

Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist for an internal role within the BSW group. You will manage payroll functions and pension services for the Trust and other NHS clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance and high customer satisfaction.

The post requires CIPP Payroll Qualification and NHS payroll knowledge, with a focus on process improvement and policy adherence. This role is based in Bath and offers NHS benefits and a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• CIPP Payroll Qualification or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of UK payroll legislation and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the smooth running of Client Payroll and end-to-end payroll tasks.
• Ensure work complies with KPI, Agenda for Change and NHS terms.
• Support pension services for the client base and identify process improvements.
