Job summary

Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Payroll Liaison Clerk to join our busy payroll team. You will respond to and resolve routine queries from managers, employees and third parties, providing a high quality customer focused payroll service.

The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work to deadlines, and experience with payroll or HR customer service environments. It is a full-time, permanent position based at our New Mill Office in Saltaire, Bradford.

Qualifications

• Recent experience in a Payroll or HR Customer Service environment.
• Experience using service desk software and digital help desk systems.
• Ability to work to strict deadlines and prioritise ad-hoc workload.
• Experience using ESR or Oracle HR/Payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve routine queries from managers, employees, clients and third parties.
• Contribute to the wider payroll and pensions team by collaborating with the wider Payroll team.
• Act as first point of contact for Payroll and Pensions Service Desk.
• Process payroll and pensions related documents and uploads in accordance with statutory requirements and NHS terms.
