Sharp Consultancy in Bradford is seeking a Payroll Clerk to join the finance team. You will support the payroll function and report to the Payroll Manager. This role involves handling both weekly and monthly payrolls and ensuring timely, accurate payments.

Duties include processing wages, bonuses and overtime, maintaining HMRC compliance, and preparing payroll reports for senior management. You will also deal with payroll queries and CIS returns where required, plus processing staff expenses.

Sharp Consultancy are currently working with a growing Manufacturing business based in Bradford who are looking for a Payroll Clerk to join their team finance team. This role will be supporting the payroll function reporting into the Payroll Manager.

Job Duties:

• Ensuring accurate payroll processing for both weekly and monthly payrolls
• Calculation of wages, bonus and overtime
• Ensuring HMRC compliance is adhered to at all times
• Prepare and submit payroll reports to senior management
• Dealing with payroll queries that may arise
• Processing CIS returns for contractors where required
• Processing staff expenses

What's on offer:

• Monday to Friday – 09:00 – 17:00
• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
• 5 days on site
