Job summary

You will gather requirements across payroll, HR, finance and reward, coordinate testing, manage risks, and provide progress updates while collaborating with IT and external partners.

Qualifications

• Strong end-to-end UK payroll experience.
• Solid understanding of UK payroll legislation and HMRC requirements.
• Experience with SAP ECC Payroll.
• Experience in payroll change or transformation projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Payroll Benefits in Kind (PBIK) within SAP ECC Payroll.
• Gather and document business requirements across Payroll, HR, Finance and Reward teams.
• Work closely with IT and third-party providers during system design and configuration.
• Coordinate and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Manage project risks, issues and stakeholder communications.
• Provide regular progress updates and reporting.
• Support business readiness and successful delivery ahead of the April 2027 deadline.
