Job summary

Payroll Elite Ltd is seeking an experienced payroll professional to lead the migration of branch-based monthly payrolls to Sage 50 Payroll. This full-time hybrid role, on a fixed-term contract, reports to the Head of Finance and may require on-site visits to selected branches.

You will manage data cleansing, configuration, and training throughout the migration, uphold UK payroll compliance, and travel across the UK as needed to support branches.

Qualifications

• End-to-end payroll experience in high-volume environments.
• Experience in data migration and full payroll implementation.
• Knowledge of AE and RTI regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver payroll migration projects for franchise branches.
• Cleanse, reconcile and validate payroll data prior to migration.
• Configure new payroll systems and data for migration readiness.
• Provide training and support to branch staff during migration.
• Respond to queries promptly to meet deadlines.
• Travel to branches across the UK as needed to review processes.
• Keep up-to-date with UK payroll legislation and best practices.
