Job summary

PeopleRe in Leicester is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead a busy payroll function supporting around 2,000 employees. The role is a 12-month FTC with hybrid working (1–2 days on site) and ASAP start.

You will manage a team of 3–4 Payroll Administrators, run 12 monthly pay runs, and drive accuracy in a largely manual, spreadsheet-based environment. Sage 50 payroll experience is essential and you should be comfortable shaping processes.

Qualifications

• 12 monthly pay runs for ~2,000 employees.
• Sage 50 payroll experience essential.
• Experience managing a payroll team of 3–4.
