Job summary

Regional Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Payroll Advisor for a West Midlands based manufacturing business. You will own the payroll end-to-end, maintain accuracy and compliance, and support the wider HR administration when required.

The role requires strong knowledge of PAYE, NI and statutory payments, a keen eye for detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines. This is a permanent, full-time position offering salary up to £35,000 DOE.

Qualifications

• Experience managing payroll from start to finish.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processing.
• Solid understanding of PAYE, National Insurance and statutory payments.
• Ability to work to strict deadlines and handle payroll queries.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the payroll process and ensure timely, accurate payroll runs.
• Manage payroll data and reconciliations with the Company Accountant.
• Prepare payroll reports for the external payroll provider and resolve queries.
