Teign Housing is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll and Finance Coordinator to join our Finance & Investments Team in Devon. You will manage end-to-end payroll and financial transactions, ensuring compliance for internal and external customers while collaborating with Finance and HR to deliver accurate results.

Full-time, 37 hours per week, with a focus on process improvements, system efficiency and strong financial control to support budgeting and forecasting activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in UK payroll processing and statutory payments.
• Knowledge of HMRC requirements and pensions.
• Excellent organisation and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll and maintain records.
• Calculate statutory payments and deductions.
• Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial control.
