You will handle timesheets, starters and leavers, maintain payroll records, and support month-end close. Strong numerical ability, accuracy and good communication are essential for liaising with staff and resolving queries.

Qualifications

• Experience in finance or payroll setting.
• Numerical accuracy and data entry skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Process timesheets, starters and leavers for payroll.
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Maintain holiday and sickness records and payroll files.
• Process invoices and VAT returns.
• Record and allocate cash receipts; perform bank reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end accounting tasks.
