Portfolio Payroll is seeking a Payroll Executive for a central Manchester client. You will manage umbrella payroll and bureau payroll for multiple clients, ensuring RTI submissions and accurate payslips.

The role offers hybrid working, on-site parking, clear progression paths, and a competitive pension. Experience with high-volume payroll and data management using New Millennia's systems is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with high-volume bureau payroll is essential.

Responsibilities

• Umbrella payroll: process weekly payroll for contractors using umbrella arrangements, ensuring tax and deductions are correct.
• Payroll bureau work: run payroll for multiple clients, including RTI submissions and issuing payslips.
• HMRC compliance: follow payroll rules, handle P45/P60 tasks, and liaise with HMRC as needed.
• Supporting clients and workers: answer payroll questions from agencies and contractors clearly.
• Accurate data management: keep payroll records up to date, manage starters and leavers, and use New Millennia's systems correctly.
