Portfolio Payroll Limited is seeking an experienced Payroll Senior to manage high-volume payrolls across multiple clients. This permanent role offers hybrid working with 2 days per week at home and requires strong Excel skills and knowledge of auto-enrolment and RTI submissions.

You will report to the Head of Services and ensure timely, accurate payroll processing for weekly, biweekly, and monthly cycles, while handling client queries and year-end procedures in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Payroll experience with high-volume processing.
• Experience handling weekly, biweekly, and monthly pay runs.
• Knowledge of auto-enrolment, RTI submissions, and year-end procedures.
• Able to work in a team but also autonomously when required.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Process varied payrolls accurately and on time.
• Handle payroll queries and liaise with clients.
• Contribute to payroll bureau activities and client servicing.
• Prepare year-end payroll documentation.
