Job summary

Confidential, a well-established accountancy firm, seeks a Payroll Senior on a permanent basis. The role is hybrid: 2 days at home, 3 in the office, handling varied weekly, bi-weekly and monthly payrolls for a portfolio of clients.

You will oversee payroll bureau tasks, RTI submissions, auto enrolment, year-end procedures and client payroll queries, with strong Excel and experience in Sage 50 or Bright desirable.

Qualifications

• 2 years' payroll experience minimum.
• High volume and varied payrolls.
• Sage 50 or Bright Payroll experience desirable.
• Excellent Excel skills.
• Ability to hit the ground running.
• Experience with auto enrolment and RTI submissions.
• Strong payroll knowledge to answer queries.

Responsibilities

• Payroll bureau management for multiple clients.
• Process weekly, bi-weekly and monthly payrolls.
• Handle auto enrolment and RTI submissions.
• Year end procedures and client queries.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure accuracy.
