Portfolio Payroll Limited is seeking a Payroll & Pensions Manager for a permanent role within a respected education organisation in London. You will oversee outsourced payroll, manage statutory deductions, pensions and benefits, and ensure HMRC compliance.

The role reports to the Finance Director and offers a generous benefits package, plus a positive working culture and atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Managing an outsourced payroll. Ensuring all data is accurately sent across in a timely manner
• Administering all statutory deductions including SSP, SMP, SPP, SAP
• Administering company benefits schemes, including pension schemes, cycle to work, season ticket loans
• HMRC submissions
• All starter and leaver paperwork
• Collating information for P11Ds
• Performing payroll reconciliations
