The Portfolio Group are recruiting a Payroll & Pensions Manager for a permanent role within an education organisation. The role reports into the Finance Director and is a sole position within the team.

Responsibilities

• Managing an outsourced payroll and ensuring data is sent accurately and on time
• Administering all statutory deductions including SSP, SMP, SPP and SAP
• Administering company benefits schemes, including pension schemes, cycle to work, season ticket loans
• Handling HMRC submissions
• Managing all starter and leaver paperwork
• Collating information for P11Ds
• Performing payroll reconciliations
