At Scrutton Bland, we are proud of our collaborative and people‑focused culture. As part of the wider Sumer Group, one of the UK's fastest‑growing professional services organisations, we combine the benefits of a local, relationship‑led firm with the opportunities and backing of a larger national network.

  • Administering pension auto‑enrolment
  • Calculating holiday pay, SMP, SSP, SPP

  • Loading BACS payments
  • End of month and year end submissions
  • Completion of P45 and P60s
  • Processing all reports including the submission to HMRC

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and client‑focused approach
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines and ensure payrolls are completed accurately and on time
