Job summary

CMA Recruitment Group are partnering with a long-standing client in Portsmouth to recruit an experienced payroll professional to join their payroll team and own a diverse portfolio of payrolls, ensuring accurate processing and timely delivery.

The role emphasizes strong stakeholder engagement, process improvements and system automation initiatives to streamline payroll operations, together with ad hoc projects and ongoing compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience managing payrolls, ideally within an outsourced or bureau environment.
• Strong understanding of PAYE, NI, and tax regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and effective communication.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced environment.
