About the Job

This role is ideal for someone looking to take full ownership of the payroll function while also Reporting into the Finance Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for all payroll matters.

Duties will include:

  • Managing end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payments
  • Maintaining and updating payroll systems and records
  • Resolving employee and management payroll queries
  • Ensuring compliance with payroll legislation and internal policies
  • Preparing payroll reports, P11Ds and PSA submissions
  • Handling employee expenses

About the Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in payroll, they will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent Excel and Microsoft Office skills, and be confident working independently or as part of a team. A working knowledge of payroll taxes and reporting requirements is essential, along with strong communication skills.
