Job summary

BT Group is seeking a Payplan & Commissions Manager in London within the Wholesale Commercial team. You will lead the design, delivery and ongoing improvement of Payplan frameworks and incentives to align with business goals and drive correct sales behaviours.

The role emphasizes governance, automation, and strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, HR and Commercial. You will partner with Sales leaders as the main business partner for commissions, driving data-driven decisions,

Qualifications

• Experience leading the design and governance of sales incentive and commission schemes (B2B preferred).
• Ability to influence stakeholders across Sales, Finance, HR and Commercial.
• Strong leadership and coaching of a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve Payplan and incentive schemes to support commercial goals.
• Lead governance, policies and controls; ensure accurate payments and compliance.
• Provide reporting and insights to support better decisions and drive improvements.
• Partner with Finance, HR and Commercial to shape and deliver effective incentive schemes.
