Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. in the United Kingdom is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst - Incentive Compensation to lead end-to-end incentive processes, ensure accurate pay-plan interpretation, data integrity, and timely calculations and reporting.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Payroll and operations across regions, build scalable calculation models, deliver monthly and annual bonuses, and produce insights with Tableau/Power BI while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Business, Commerce, Economics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years’ experience in Incentive Compensation, Business Analysis, FP&A, Management Accounting, Commercial Finance, or a similar analytical role
• Advanced Excel and analytical modelling skills, with proven experience interpreting pay plans and translating complex plan mechanics into accurate, scalable, and repeatable calculation models
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex calculations to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with BI/reporting tools such as Tableau/Power BI or similar

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of weekly, monthly, and annual incentive and bonus calculations across multiple units and countries
• Interpret pay plans and translate components into accurate calculation models
• Maintain and enhance calculation models for accuracy and scalability
• Review outputs prior to submission to Payroll
• Perform reconciliations and resolve compensation inquiries
• Ensure timely completion of incentive calculations
• Extract data from multiple source systems for calculations
• Monitor data quality and resolve discrepancies
• Contribute to design and refinement of incentive plans
• Support month-end reporting and variance analysis
• Develop documentation for pay plans and procedures
• Support automation initiatives to reduce manual effort
• Produce regular and ad hoc reporting and insights
• Communicate methodologies and outcomes clearly to stakeholders
• Maintain confidentiality of remuneration data
