• Design the future commissions model with principles, processes and data flows.
• Improve the commissions process by reducing manual work and increasing automation.
• Ensure data quality and complete reporting at every stage.
• Define needs for commissions systems, CRM and data storage.
• Support system changes through configuration, testing and launch.
• Build in controls with audit trails and fewer manual fixes.
• Plan for growth by aligning tech with future processes.
• Prioritise benefits, fixes and improvements.
• Learn from stabilisation to shape long-term design.
• Collaborate with teams and stakeholders across the business.
