Job summary

SumUp is seeking a detail-oriented Revenue Analytics candidate to own weekly commission cycles and support payroll handoffs from our London base. You will work with Sales, Payroll, and Data teams to improve processes, automate tasks, and ensure accurate incentives across markets.

You’ll join a small, collaborative team that values precision and cross-functional teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Currently studying or have a strong interest in sales operations, finance, or data analytics.
• Basic knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and curiosity to learn SQL.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Run weekly commission cycles across multiple markets, ensuring data accuracy and timely payouts.
• Investigate and resolve commission-related discrepancies, acting as the point of contact for sales teams.
• Consolidate monthly commission data for Payroll, ensuring a smooth handover and zero recalculations.
• Collaborate with Analytics and Sales Operations teams to identify process improvements and automate repetitive tasks.
• Support the development of automation and reporting tools, such as AI bots and ticketing systems, to make workflows smarter and faster.
