Job summary

PwC in London seeks an experienced professional to join our Employee Share Plan team. You will design and implement tailored employee incentive schemes for listed and private clients, ensuring compliance with legal, tax and regulatory requirements while delivering commercially effective solutions.

You will advise on the structuring, operation and governance of employee share plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align incentives with clients' strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in a professional services firm or relevant industry role with client-facing advisory work.
• Strong legal drafting and tax knowledge related to EMI, CSOPs, growth shares, EBTs and EOTs.
• Ability to design and implement employee incentive schemes for listed and private clients.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic and analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Willingness to mentor junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement tailored employee incentive schemes for listed and private clients, ensuring compliance with relevant legal, tax, and regulatory requirements while delivering commercially effective solutions.
• Advise on the structuring, operation, and governance of employee share plans, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align incentive arrangements with clients' strategic objectives.
• Undertake detailed technical analysis, due diligence, and high-quality legal drafting to support robust incentive proposals, presenting clear recommendations to senior client stakeholders.
• Monitor legislative and market developments, contribute to the evolution of PwC's reward offerings, and support the development of junior team members through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
