Responsibilities

• Support sales opportunities with technical and product expertise throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Participate in discussions to understand business and technical requirements and recommend solutions.
• Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution overviews.
• Support discovery, onboarding integration planning, and technical assessments.
• Contribute to RFPs, RFIs, and technical documentation.
