Ideal candidates will have a strong background in payments operations, solid SQL and Tableau skills, and a passion for driving efficiency within payment systems. This contract role has a strong potential to become permanent.

Qualificações

• Strong technical knowledge of card payments operations, ideally from a card scheme, acquirer, or processor.
• Solid SQL skills, with Snowflake experience as a big plus.
• Tableau proficiency for reporting and insights.
• Proven experience resolving complex operational issues in payments or fintech environments.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, analytical mindset with a passion for improving payment flows.

Responsabilidades

• Be the go-to expert for acquirers, issuers, and network partners.
• Investigate and resolve incidents around transaction processing.
• Analyze end-to-end payment flows to identify inefficiencies.
• Extract and interpret data from Snowflake using SQL.
• Collaborate with business development teams.
• Manage network certifications and compliance processes.
• Lead initiatives to streamline processes and reporting.
• Contribute to key EMEA programs.
• Partner with senior leaders for strategic business reviews.
