Job summary

CloudPay in the United Kingdom is seeking a Payments Specialist to work with customers and payment providers to ensure all payments off the back of payroll are accurate and on time. You will liaise with vendors, request funds from clients, prepare reconciliation reports, maintain process docs, and assist new customers, contributing to a modern pay experience for our clients.

Qualifications

• High level of customer service skills required.
• Able to communicate at all levels with clients, payroll partners, payment solution providers and internal colleagues via telephone and email.
• Strong organization, analytical and decision-making skills.
• Working knowledge of payroll and treasury would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with external vendors to ensure smooth and timely processing of net and statutory payments.
• Ensuring funds are requested from clients in a timely manner and managing clients to ensure requests are complied with.
• Preparation and review of reconciliation reports for the use of client’s accounting department.
• Maintenance of process documentation as required.
• Ensuring bank details for any new payees are correctly set up.
• Assist, as necessary, in the implementation of new customers and any other ad hoc duties.
