Job summary

CloudPay is seeking an Associate UK Payroll Specialist to join our growing team. You will manage client payrolls, perform manual calculations, ensure statutory compliance, and participate in process improvements.

Full training is provided, and you will work with a collaborative group focused on growth and accuracy. You will handle multiple payrolls, support clients on payroll matters, and assist in reconciliation and reporting across UK statutory bodies.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel and MS Office skills are required.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail are essential.
• Good organisational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Process multiple client payrolls accurately, on time and efficiently.
• Provide support to clients on payroll-related matters and act as backup for holidays or emergencies.
• Reconcile and file required payroll reports for government agencies.
• Review payrolls at month-end and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Contribute to payroll process improvements and teamwork.
