Job summary

CloudPay Inc. in the United Kingdom is seeking a Payments Specialist to work with customers and payment providers ensuring payroll payments are processed accurately and on time.

You will liaise with vendors, manage client requests, prepare reconciliation reports, and support the onboarding of new customers in a flexible hybrid role based in Andover.

  • Attention to detail and strong organization/analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with external vendors to ensure smooth and timely processing of net and statutory payments.
  • Ensure funds are requested from clients in a timely manner and manage clients to ensure requests are complied with.
  • Prepare and review reconciliation reports for the use of client’s accounting department.
  • Maintain process documentation as required.
  • Ensure bank details for any new payees are correctly set up.
  • Assist, as necessary, in the implementation of new customers.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as required.
