• Act as Subject Matter Expert to guide and advise stakeholders on product propositions and journeys.
• Define priorities, deliverable roadmaps, and lead execution of strategic initiatives.
• Model financial drivers and commercial viability across segments and journeys.
• Evaluate feasibility, compliance and risks for new product launches.
• Monitor market trends and gather feedback to refine products before launch.
• Manage comprehensive launch plans and technical deployments for new products.
• Track adoption, usage, satisfaction and revenue to measure outcomes.
