Job summary

Barclays is seeking a Product Manager for Value Added Services to shape and grow the Barclaycard Payments portfolio, including merchant finance, FX and cross-border capabilities, A2A payments and partner-led propositions. You will drive the product strategy, balance short- and long-term goals, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver value for merchants and customers.

The role is based in Northampton with an alternative office in London, and requires three days per week in the office.

Qualifications

• Experience defining product vision, building business cases and prioritising investments.
• Ability to align cross-functional teams across marketing, engineering, operations and sales.
• Strong understanding of payments products, customer journeys and regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and roadmap aligned with Barclays vision and growth.
• Lead cross-functional delivery from discovery to launch with multiple teams.
