Job summary

Barclays UK is seeking a Lead Segment and Propositions Manager to shape market-defining propositions across the Premier and Mass Affluent segments, connecting everyday banking with wealth, protection and financial planning.

You will own customer and colleague journeys, drive revenue growth, and influence senior stakeholders to deliver a unified, customer-focused strategy across product, digital, distribution, servicing and wealth.

Qualifications

• End-to-end product and proposition management experience for Premier/mass affluent segments.
• Proven commercial experience with full P&L accountability and revenue/asset management responsibilities.
• Leadership in cross-functional delivery and stakeholder influence across complex organisations.
• Strategic thinking with deep customer insights for proposition design and delivery.
• Experience bridging banking and wealth journeys to unify customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Development of customer level strategies and tailored solutions.
• Subject matter expert guiding stakeholders on products/propositions and journeys.
• Define priorities and lead execution of product/ proposition delivery.
• Model commercial/financial strategies including P&L implications.
• Launch planning and coordination across marketing, training and communications.
• Monitor adoption, usage and revenue against goals.
