Job summary

Barclays is seeking a Product and Proposition Manager to own the lifecycle of embedded services products that power business client experiences across Barclays digital channels.

You will drive collaboration with internal teams and external partners to scale and deliver regulatory‑ready solutions using real‑time Barclays transaction data. The role can be based in London, Manchester, or Northampton.

Qualifications

• Experience with product ownership in business admin tools/journeys (Embedded Services) & API capabilities within the SME market.
• Proven track record managing relationships with external partners and setting/executing roadmaps.
• Experience working with Design and Engineers in a scaled agile framework and in B2B payments platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the lifecycle of finance admin delivery through embedded services products.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration to enable rapid scale and differentiated customer value.
• Monitor adoption, compliance, risk and performance against targets and drive improvements.
