Job summary

GCS Recruitment Specialists seeks a Senior Data Analyst specializing in Payments & Scheme Reporting to join a global sales operations function. You will deliver executive-level reporting, forecasting, dashboards, and data-driven insights across regional and international stakeholders.

The role requires hands-on experience with Salesforce reporting, Tableau or Snowflake, advanced Excel modelling, and payments industry knowledge.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Senior Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, BI Analyst, or Sales Operations Analyst.
Experience within Payments, Card Schemes, Merchant Acquiring, Issuing, FinTech, or Financial Services environments.
Strong Salesforce reporting and dashboard development experience.
Expertise in Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualisation tools.

Responsibilities

Design and maintain executive reporting and dashboards for Director and VP-level stakeholders.
Build automated reporting solutions leveraging Salesforce, Snowflake, Tableau, and AI-driven tools.
Manage end-to-end sales pipeline reporting from prospecting through contract termination.
Develop forecasting models for commercial performance, incentives, and revenue tracking.
Own monthly contract execution, invoice, and operational reporting.
Produce merchant, POS, transaction, and scheme-related reporting across multiple regions.
Support regulatory, audit, control testing, and data governance requirements.
