Job summary

Handelsbanken UK is seeking a highly proficient Business Analyst to join our payments modernisation programme. You will collaborate with Product Owners, 3rd party vendors and cross-functional teams to elicit requirements, break down epics, and map requirements into designs and test scenarios.

You will maintain the backlog, support prioritisation and Sprint planning, and document As-Is/To-Be processes, including happy paths and exception flows for inbound/outbound payments.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst on payments projects in banking.
• Familiarity with payments technologies, channels, and regulations.
• Proven ability to work with Product Owners and delivery managers to maintain a product backlog.

Responsibilities

• Elicit requirements from business and technical teams via workshops and meetings.
• Break down epics into detailed requirements and features mapped to designs.
• Maintain and help prioritise the product backlog and support sprint planning.
