Job summary

Icon Solutions Ltd, a leading payments technology provider, is seeking an experienced Payments Business Analyst to collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Engineers and Project Managers. You will determine requirements, agree designs and lead agile delivery teams to deliver simple solutions to complex business challenges.

You will bring demonstrable payments knowledge, experience of ISO20022 messages, and a track record of delivering epics and user stories in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Experience of requirements gathering and elaboration for banking/financial projects.
• Experience documenting requirements as detailed user stories reflecting designs.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and refine requirements for internal and client projects.
• Agree solution and feature designs with architects and stakeholders.
• Document requirements as detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Run kick-off sessions with delivery teams to align on goals.
