InHealth Group Limited in Middlewich is seeking a patient services advisor to act as the first point of contact for people booking life-saving appointments. This full-time, phone-based role is fast-paced and offers a supportive environment with a focus on excellent patient care.

You'll handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule appointments, conduct triage, maintain accurate records, and escalate issues to ensure NHS guidelines are met.

Qualificações

• Experience in a customer or patient-facing role, predominantly on the phone.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Demonstrated understanding of patient confidentiality and GDPR.
• Comfortable working with internal systems and QA processes.
• Confident handling queries with empathy and professionalism.
• Contact centre experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule and manage patient appointments, working toward KPIs.
• Complete telephone triage consultations to assess eligibility.
• Maintain accurate patient records and data for reporting.
• Escalate issues and ensure follow-up appointments meet NHS guidelines.
• Deliver excellent service while supporting patients from diverse backgrounds.
