Job summary

Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is recruiting for a Team Leader within Patient Services to lead clinical administration teams across HUB 1A and Hub 1B. You will support Hub managers, motivate staff, and supervise clinics and waiting lists at Castle Hill Hospital with occasional cross-site work.

You will analyse performance data, coach your team to meet performance targets, and drive service improvements while maintaining high standards of operational integrity.

Qualifications

• Relevant NHS administration experience is desirable.
