Job summary

SpaMedica, the UK's largest NHS cataract surgery provider, is hiring a Medical Receptionist at our Bexhill site. You will greet visitors, register patients, scan documents, and manage appointment scheduling while upholding confidentiality and high service standards.

Qualifications

• Register new patients and greet visitors professionally.
• Scan documents onto medical system and manage letters.
• Make appointments with attention to patient confidentiality.
• Handle reception duties for each clinic and administer tasks efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer care to patients.

Responsibilities

• We need somebody to ensure that all visitors and telephone callers to the practice are greeted professionally
• You will register new patients, scan documents onto our medical system, send letters to patients as necessary & photocopy notes and other information
• You will make appointments for our patient applying your understanding of patient confidentiality & attention to detail
• Managing reception responsibilities for each clinic
• Effective with all administration tasks
• Providing excellent customer care to all our patients
