Job summary

SpaMedica, the UK's largest NHS cataract surgery provider, is hiring a Medical Receptionist at our Bexhill site. You will greet visitors, register patients, scan documents, and manage appointment scheduling while upholding confidentiality and high service standards.

We offer a full-time position (37.5 hours/week, 4 days out of 6, 7:30 AM–5:30 PM) with competitive pay (£27,762) and a suite of benefits including holiday and bonuses. Join SpaMedica and contribute to safe, compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

• Register new patients and greet visitors professionally.
• Scan documents onto medical system and manage letters.

• Handle reception duties for each clinic and administer tasks efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer care to patients.

Location: Ground Floor, High Weald House, Bexhill Enterprise Park, Bexhill, TN39 5ES

Hours: Full-time position, 37.5 hours per week, working 4 days out of 6, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Salary: £27,762
