SpaMedica is seeking a Medical Receptionist to support our Bexhill Hospital cluster across multiple sites. The role is full-time (37.5 hours weekly), four days out of six, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, located at Ground Floor, High Weald House, Bexhill Enterprise Park, TN39 5ES.

You will greet visitors, register new patients, scan documents, and manage appointments with strict confidentiality and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Register new patients and manage patient data with confidentiality.
• Greet visitors and handle telephone calls professionally.
• Make appointments and manage clinic reception duties.

Responsabilités

• Send letters to patients and photocopy notes as needed
