Job summary

SpaMedica is recruiting a Medical Receptionist in Chelmsford to join our hospital cluster, spanning multiple sites. The role is full-time (37.5 hours/week) across a 4-on-6 shift pattern, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with a salary of £26,250.

You will be the first point of contact, supporting patient care and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment. We pride ourselves on patient safety, quality care, and recognised awards.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and telephone callers professionally
• Register new patients, scan documents, send letters, photocopy notes
• Make appointments with attention to patient confidentiality
• Manage reception responsibilities for each clinic
• Provide excellent customer care to patients
