Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily running of reception and administrative services with staffing and workload control.
• Maintain SitRep and monitor outstanding tasks, backlogs and risks.
• Oversee patient access, appointment management and recall processes.
• Lead recruitment, induction and ongoing staff development.
• Promote a patient-centred service and manage feedback and complaints.
