Circle Health Group is recruiting a Patient Administrator at Runnymede Hospital in Chertsey. The role is full-time (37.5 hours) with a flexible shift pattern. Salary is up to £26,785.94 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, with benefits and career development opportunities.

The successful candidate will support the patient journey, adhere to best practices, handle inquiries, and manage mail and bookings while maintaining Health and Safety standards.

Formación

• Maths and English GCSE to A-C or equivalent.
• Proficient with a PC and standard software/systems.
• Basic financial awareness and numeracy.

Responsabilidades

• Support the smooth running of the patient administration process.
• Follow Circle Health Group best practice process maps for efficiency.
• Handle patient queries professionally and promptly.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and electronic bookings.
