Circle Reading Hospital, part of Circle Health Group, is hiring a Patient Administrator in Reading. The role covers 37.5 hours per week, permanent, with a flexible shift pattern. Salary is £24,947 per year and benefits include holiday allowance and private healthcare.

The successful candidate will support the patient journey, handle bookings and correspondence, and maintain Health & Safety knowledge while delivering a professional, welcoming service to patients and staff.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English at A-C or equivalent functional skills level 2.
• Proficient in PC use, including software and systems.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the smooth running of the patient administrative process throughout the patient journey.
• Follow Circle Health Group best practice process maps to provide a professional service to patients, visitors, consultants and staff.
• Deal with all patient queries efficiently and professionally.
