Job summary

KIMS Hospital Ltd is seeking a friendly and motivated administrator to join our Preoperative Assessment and Outpatients Team in Kent. You will support the Department Manager in delivering excellent patient service and create a positive first and last impression of the hospital.

In this role you will assist with clinic flow, handle patient bookings and ensure accurate documentation, while maintaining patient dignity and privacy at all times.

Qualifications

• Good literacy and numeracy; proven educational standard.
• Highly organised administrator able to communicate with stakeholders.
• Healthcare experience or high-pressured admin background.
• Excellent IT skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist with smooth clinic operations and booking of patients.
• Maintain patient docs in a single set of records, update pre-assessments.
• Welcome patients and visitors, upholding dignity and privacy.
• Input patient information into the patient administration system.
• Liaise with NHS hospitals, GP surgeries and other providers.
