Nuffield Health Glasgow Hospital is hiring a Patient Service Administrator on a part-time basis. In this front-of-house role you’ll help visitors, handle enquiries, book appointments and support the department to run smoothly.

Shifts cover Monday to Saturday 6:30am–9:30pm and Sunday 8am–8pm, 15 hours per week, with a pro rata salary of £25,545 depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, IT and keyboard skills and some experience in healthcare administration or

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare administration or reception preferred.
• Excellent communication, IT and keyboard skills.

Responsibilities

• Help people feel comfortable when they visit your department.
• Answer the phone, deal with enquiries and book appointments.
• Welcome patients in person and direct them to waiting or changing rooms.
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure the department runs smoothly.
• Prepare clinical paperwork, referral forms, charge sheets and terms.
