Job summary

HR GO Recruitment is seeking a reliable Patient Service team member in Harlow. You will handle calls, support patients with empathy, and perform accurate data entry while maintaining confidentiality. A basic DBS is required or obtainable. This on-site role offers permanent opportunities after a temporary period.

You will work Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00, 37.5 hours weekly with a regular Saturday rotation, contributing to a patient-focused service in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and professional telephone manner.
• Calm, patient and empathetic approach when speaking with patients.
• Strong data entry experience with high attention to detail.
• Confident using IT systems including CRM/database/admin platforms.
• Organised, reliable and able to manage a busy workload.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, delivering excellent customer service.
• Manage patient enquiries and keep records up to date.
• Complete accurate data entry and maintain patient records.
• Produce written follow-ups when patients cannot be reached by phone.
• Work to deadlines and service targets, escalating issues as needed.
