United Lincolnshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust in Lincoln is recruiting for the Bank Admin and Clerical role (NHS AfC: Band 3). The position offers 0 hours per week (as and when required) with flexible and bank holidays included. Salary is £13.17–£14.05 per hour, paid hourly.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in Maths and English at grade C or equivalent.
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
• CLAIT/computer literacy.
• Experience in customer care or office environment.
• Knowledge of NHS working.

Responsibilities

• Lead on delivering care coordination activities for patients.
• Ensure patients receive appointments and are admitted for elective procedures in a timely manner.
• Maintain data accuracy using Patient Service Hub systems.
• Answer general patient enquiries and manage communications.
