Job summary

United Lincolnshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a Patient Services Assistant (Band 2) to provide essential administrative support across the Patient Services Hub. The role includes handling general patient enquiries and ensuring accurate data entry in the hub systems.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent) are required.
• CLAIT/IT literacy is expected.
• Experience in customer care or working in an office environment.
• Experience using Microsoft Office, incl. Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support across the Patient Services Hub departments.
• Assist with answering general patient enquiries.
• Use Patient Services Hub systems for recording and reporting data.
• Follow procedures and guidelines including STAGS; maintain confidentiality.
